All new patients interested in receiving a micro-needling facial are invited to schedule a complimentary 15-minute video consultation with Dr. Goldstein. This consultation aims to assess your overall health and evaluate your skin condition to determine if micro-needling can deliver the results you desire.

Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation

Book your free video consultation by clicking on the service you desire. One hour before your scheduled call, you will receive an email invitation with a link and further instructions. The video call will last approximately 10 minutes. If you prefer an in-person consultation, please call our office. Note that a refundable $100 deposit is required for in-person visits.

Step 2: Review Medical History
Before the video call, please complete the medical history form. You will be asked specific questions during the consultation based on your responses.

Step 3: Video Call
You will receive a reminder email one hour prior to your video call, including additional instructions on how to join. A laptop or smartphone is required for the consultation.

Step 4: Schedule Your Procedure
If we determine that micro-needling is suitable for you, you will receive an email to schedule your procedure on our website, along with a link to pay a $200 deposit. You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

Step 5: Treatment Day
Please arrive on time for your appointment. After checking in, you will change into a gown and recline comfortably on a spa facial bed while we apply numbing cream. A small amount of blood (one collection tube) will be drawn, and after allowing 35-45 minutes for the numbing cream to take effect, the procedure will begin, lasting approximately 15-20 minutes.

Step 6: Post-Procedure Care
After the procedure, a cool, refreshing face mask will be applied for 15 minutes. We will then clean your face and provide a complimentary post-treatment kit of serums for your use over the next several days.

Step 7: Check-Out
At check-out, you will pay your remaining balance, along with any optional purchases. You can save money by paying in cash; otherwise, a 3% processing fee will apply for credit card payments. Please note that we do not accept checks.
